Interviewer: Whitney, what’s the culture like at Cholewka Law?
Whitney: I’d say the number one important piece of our company culture here at Cholewka Law is camaraderie. Everyone here works together. There isn’t a hierarchy. There isn’t “I’m better than you.” Or “You’re only at this position. I’m the attorney, so I’m bossing you around.”
It’s camaraderie and familiar environment. There’s a lot of integrity in the work that we do as well. We don’t want to just provide people with documents, estate planning documents.
We want to come up with a legal strategy and a legal plan that works for our clients. We take a lot of pride in the work we do and have a lot of fun doing it.
