Now More than Ever, You Need These Three Critical Legal Documents
Introducing the KeyThree Plan
The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak reminds us how important it is to stop procrastinating and instead plan and prepare for an unknown future. Estate planning lets you take control of your affairs, providing a degree of certainty in uncertain times.
Recently, we have received many inquiries from people hoping to get basic estate planning documents quickly. In response, we created the KeyThree Plan, which includes a virtual streamlined process to get three essential health care documents in place now:
- Health Care Power of Attorney
- Living Will
- HIPAA Release
A Health Care Power of Attorney allows you to name the person you trust to make medical decisions on your behalf in the event you become incapacitated. Your Living Will details your wishes regarding medical treatments you want – or don’t want – in an end-of-life situation. Finally, a HIPAA Medical Release lets you specify who is allowed access to your medical information. For example, if you do not have a HIPAA release, family members are usually denied access to information about your medical condition, even in an emergency.
Although the KeyThree Plan should not take the place of a comprehensive estate plan, we offer it now to help our community get the critical documents they need during this public health crisis. We have greatly reduced our usual fee for these essential documents. The KeyThree Plan is priced at just $595 and is available to all Arizona residents aged 18 and older.

We hope you take advantage of this opportunity to take control of your medical care and personal information during the COVID-19 pandemic. And please, stay safe!
