Interviewer:  What would you say makes your firm “unique?”

Becky:  Me, number one, obviously. I think being a true neighborhood law firm, I really try to encompass the feel of this town. I have local art work from artists hanging on my walls that are for sale.

I try to help local artists have more exposure in the community. I have a toy chest in my conference room for when kids come in and need something to do, while parents are there.

I have a menu of items for snacks and drinks, different drinks for people. I want this to be a comfortable living room environment for people when they walk in my doors rather than a law firm that might pose barriers, just emotionally for them, to be able to come in and talk freely with their attorney.

I try to make it a really down to earth, down home place for them to come in and talk to me.
