Rick Cholewka

Rick has spent the last 30+ years in in small business as an Operations Manager. He has previously managed a window installation company and a white-glove delivery company, where he handled HR, inventory, purchasing, finances, deliveries, and IT. Through his sometime stressful times at these positions, Rick displayed a calm demeanor and was always willing to find a solution that left his employees, bosses, and clients knowing that if there was a problem, Rick could solve it.

A decade ago, Becky realized that Rick had a history of joining small businesses and helping them grow. She boldly stole him away from his last company to see if together they could do the same with her law firm, Cholewka Law . So far so good. Working alongside Becky has added great flexibility to their family life and allows them to spend more time with their son, William. Rick loves spending time traveling with his family to the beach, the mountains, or his family back in Ohio. Cleveland is his hometown and astonishingly Rick has maintained his long-suffering fandom for the Cleveland Browns, Indians, and Cavs. Fortunately, he is also an Ohio State fan and his Buckeyes have helped balance out the endless losing. Although his sports heart is still with his hometown teams, Rick just loves living in Arizona. Come summertime he could not be happier than spending the day out by the pool.
